Dental Implants

Dental implants are titanium fittings that are placed into the jaw bones upon which crowns and bridges can be placed. They have the great advantage that once placed they are permanently fixed and not removable and for many people they are the closest restoration to replacing your natural tooth or teeth that have been lost.

They do involve some surgery and relatively are more expensive than bridges or dentures. They are however a great option when deciding how to restore a space in your smile.
